Tasting Notes

A rich and complex wine that has notes of ripe raspberry, baking spice, and jam. Smooth tannins frame flavors of blackberry, and cinnamon transitioning to a long supple finish.

Food Pairings

Pairs well with roasted lamb, pasta primavera, and BBQ pork.
