Citrus Herb Marinated Olives
Serve as an appetizer or enjoy it alongside our Cabernet Sauvignon.

Ingredients
- 16 oz pitted Castelvetrano Italian olives
- 16 oz pitted Kalamata olives
- 4 garlic cloves, smashed
- 3 strips of orange rind
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 3 sprigs of rosemary
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 3/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 3/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Flaky sea salt to liking
Directions
- Drain the olives from the brine and place in a large mixing bowl. Add in remaining ingredients and toss gently to combine.
- Transfer mixture to large sauté pan. Heat mixture over medium heat allowing the oil to come up to a gentle sizzle. Cook between 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the mixture has become fragrant and heated through, transfer to a serving dish. Serve alongside toasted crostini, roasted salmon, or enjoy alone.
