Tasting Notes

Beautiful floral notes dominate the aromatics with a layer of fresh strawberry and earthy undertones. The palate is rich with layers of spice, dark chocolate, and vibrant red fruit with a long lingering finish.

82% Grenache, 12% Syrah, 6% Mourvèdre
Aging:
Lots were placed in neutral French oak barrels for malolactic fermentation. Aging occurred for 18 months.
