2021 H3 Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting Notes

Dark fruit dominates this Cabernet Sauvignon with notes of black cherry and blackberry. There is a touch of dark chocolate and currant with a hint of minerality added by the concrete aging. The wine finishes with plush tannins and a cocoa.

Pasta Bolognese, Braised Lamb Shank, Beef Pot Roast, Strongly Flavored Cheeses
