25 Years of Heritage

LOCATED along the Columbia River in eastern Washington, Columbia Crest is the Northwest's largest winery and also one of the world's most highly acclaimed.  Columbia Crest opened its doors in 1983 in the heart of Washington state.  Its commitment to quality, heritage and innovation continues to this day.  This philosophy has created one of America's most popular wines.

25 Years of Unsurpassed Acclaim

Columbia Crest has a strong legacy of 90+ scores.  Last year, the Reserve wines received 90+ scores across the board, including a 93 point score from Wine Advocate for the Private Reserve 2004 Walter Clore Red Wine.  The Grand Estates 2004 Merlot received 90-points and a "Top 100" Wine Spectator placement, crowning Columbia Crest with 14 "Top 100" placements in 10 years.

25 Years of Winemaking Excellence

Critics and consumers marvel at how a large Northwest winery can make quality wines with 90+ scores year after year.  Ask winemaker Ray Einberger why, and he'll tell you the focus on hand-crated wines, quality vineyards, and teamwork are more essential today than they were 25 years ago.  Einberger leads a passionate and skilled team of fiercely-loyal craftsmen who love of wine and dedication to excellence is second-to-none.

25 Years of Wines Consumers Love

From the approachable food-friendly qualities of Two Vines, to the artisan winemaking of Grand Estates, Columbia Crest tailors its wines to consumers.  With the 2008 introduction of Horse Heaven Hills (H3) ultra-premium wines, consumers can discover innovative wines named for one of Washington's newest AVAs.  The luxury tier Reserve wines attract the dedicated wine consumer focused on finding the very best vineyard site-specific wines in Washington.
